Sital Fontenelle

I specialise in complex financial matters within a divorce, including international jurisdictional cases, advising on pre-nuptial agreements as well as every aspect of private children law cases.

My role involves thinking outside the box and pushing boundaries to find a solution for my clients when they are faced with a number of difficulties in their day-to-day lives.

I am committed to settling my client's case with a view to minimising the stress involved. I provide constructive and pragmatic advice to achieve their goals and strive to obtain positive results.

In 2012, I was nominated for "Associate of the Year" at the Jordan's Law Awards.

"Thank you so much for everything you’ve done for me during my financial and children proceedings. I could not have asked for more dedication, care and commitment from you and your knowledge of the law and tactical instincts were flawless. I have felt supported by you during every twist and turn and your calm reassurance has made a difficult process so much more bearable. I would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone going through a divorce and I am so glad I found you." - Mrs G, client
