Biography
I'm a Paralegal in Irwin Mitchell's serious injury team and am based in the Birmingham office. My qualifications include a law degree and the Legal Practitioners Course, combined with a Masters of Law. I joined Irwin Mitchell while completing the final stages of my Masters.
My role involves assisting the entire serious injury team with a wide variety of cases. The team deal with a range of accidents involving complex orthopaedic injuries, spinal injuries, brain injuries, amputations, and fatal accidents. I'm also building my own case load under the supervision of senior members of the team.
What inspired you to get into law?
I completed a work placement at a law firm when I was 15 years old. It was during this placement that I gained an insight into the legal sphere. Seeing the difference that you can make to people’s lives through having an expert understanding of the law really inspired me.
From this point onward, I worked towards starting my own legal career. I'm passionate about helping others and working at Irwin Mitchell lets me fulfil this passion.
