I am responsible for defining, championing and driving forward the digital strategy for the firm. Sitting within the Sales & Marketing department, our eBusiness function works closely with the wider Sales & Marketing functions, as well as the IT department and a range of suppliers to ensure we remain at the forefront of the digital world within our industry.
I have been involved in digital since 1998, spending time in both the Utility and Public sectors until joining Irwin Mitchell in 2003. During this time I have gained extensive experience in a wide range of digital tactics which now form part of our programme of activity at Irwin Mitchell including:

- Testing including system and user testing
- Data analytics and insight
- Content management and marketing

- Paid media including PPC
- Social media
- Digital technologies and services
My team works closely with the wider business to understand their business objectives which enables our digital strategy to deliver the best solutions to achieve their goals.
