Biography
Olivia is a solicitor based in our London office specialising in Intellectual Property and reputation management.
She handles both contentious and non-contentious work across the spectrum of intellectual property rights including trade marks, design rights and copyright, as well as privacy issues and reputation management, including defamation.
She advises clients in multiple jurisdictions across different market sectors, including in retail, fashion, pet food, entertainment and sport.
She has particular experience with trade mark portfolio advice and management and brand protection on an international scale.
Olivia also chairs the Irwin Mitchell Charities Foundation Committee in London and is actively involved in the firm’s Responsible Business activities.

Recent highlights include:
- Advising an international pet food client in relation to a long running trade mark dispute in China – assisting with a simultaneous cancellation action and assignment negotiations to successfully regain control of the brand in China and secure trade mark protection
- Advising one of the UK’s largest clothing wholesalers in relation to its international IP portfolio and assisting with enforcement
- Advising on and assisting with a global rebrand in 32 countries for an international healthcare and financial services client.
