Olivia qualified into the Leeds team following two six month spells in Employment during her training contract.
She has experience in many areas of Employment Law, including:
- Drafting and reviewing employment contracts and staff handbooks
- Advising clients on a range of issues including disciplinary and grievances
- Handling redundancies and issues such as flexible and agile working
- Handling Employment Tribunal claims.
Olivia qualified as a solicitor in 2018.
