Lorraine is a highly experienced property development lawyer. Having previously worked in the Thomas Eggar development team for five years and then Shoosmiths for four years, working with national and regional house builders on large scale residential and mixed use developments, she then re-joined the firm in 2014 before the merger with Irwin Mitchell.
She brings a great deal of development experience to the firm, regularly advising residential developers and landowners on all aspects of their development projects. She has particular focus on option agreements and conditional contracts.
