I am a Chartered Legal Executive and qualified in 2004.
I work with the residential conveyancing team in the Sheffield office. I have a vast amount of property experience and specialise in:
- Purchases, including new builds
- Transfers of title and equity
- Matrimonial transfers
- Shared ownership leases
- Court of Protection and properties purchased under a trust arrangement
- Right-to-buy council house purchases.
The team and I provide an efficient and effective service to all clients. We understand that people don't want surprises or avoidable delays so we deal with any problems quickly and proactively, and keep clients fully informed at all times.
What Inspired You To Get Into Law?
Law was not initially my top career attraction but once I was given a platform to study and qualify, I soon gained an interest and I was happy to dedicate time to pursue a career in law.
What Is The Most Rewarding Aspect Of Your Role?
My natural 'can do' approach helps take some of the stress out of a property transaction, which can be a very daunting experience. It's rewarding to ensure that everyone works together to make a client’s move as smooth and stress-free as possible.
