Kevin Fox



Kevin is a Partner and advises on all areas of commercial real estate and commercial property issues, including lease negotiation, investment property and portfolio management, but with particular focus on development, landlord and tenant and acquisitions and disposals.

He works across a number of sectors, including public and private companies, retailers, developers, investors as well as both charitable and financial institutions.

Recent highlights:

  • Acting for a property investment company on the £80m refinance of a retail property portfolio.
  • Acting for an offshore based investment fund listed on the Channel Islands Stock Exchange in connection with the acquisition and disposal of purpose-built student halls of residence across the UK as well as advising in connection with the estate management of the fund’s portfolio. Most recently advising on the disposal of a central London property for in excess of £30m.
  • Advising Sheffield Hallam University in connection with all matters in relation to its property portfolio.
  • Advising a local authority in connection with a town centre urban regeneration scheme including the development of a retail scheme and transfer of land to a national housebuilder.
