I work in the Will, Trust and Estate Disputes team in London. I specialise in private client disputes and litigation including trust, estate and succession disputes.
I deal with a wide range of disputes including claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 and will disputes. I'm also experienced in contentious Court of Protection applications and claims relating to beneficial interests in property.
I've been recommended in the Legal 500 for my work.

"I am impressed by Irwin Mitchell's service. From the initial meeting with the family law partner, Claire-Marie Cornford, right through the progress of my case where I was advised by Kate Harris, ably assisted by Katherine Reed, I was well advised throughout. Not only was the service professional, but also sensitive on a personal level, which was particularly important to me given the background circumstances (a bereavement)." - 5* Trustpilot review
'Sad times. Is grief enough to invalidate a Will?' - New Law Journal, 2014
