Biography
I joined Irwin Mitchell in February 2021 as a Paralegal in the Medical Negligence Department in our Manchester office. I assist on a wide range of cases such as birth injury, orthopaedic injuries, delays in diagnosis and gynaecology claims. My role also includes assessing new enquiries that come into the team relating to both medical and dental negligence.
What inspired you to get into law?
I've always wanted to pursue a career in law and medical negligence allows me to practice in an area of law that fascinates me and combine my two passions of law and medicine.
What is the most rewarding aspect of your role?
I enjoy helping people who have been injured as a result of negligence access the rehabilitation and support they need.
What do you like about working at Irwin Mitchell?
Having joined during the coronavirus pandemic with everybody working from home, I have felt very supported and welcomed by my colleagues. I believe this speaks to the sense of community within the firm.
