I advise on all aspects of pre-death planning, including the preparation of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney (creation and registration), Enduring Power of Attorney registration, inheritance tax planning, and establishing and re-arranging Trusts. In relation to post-death planning, I can also assist with estate administration (probate), the establishment of Will Trusts, and post-death variations including Deeds of Variation.

When I’m not in the office, I enjoy relaxing with a good book or sewing. I also love a quiz!
