Lawyers From Irwin Mitchell Recently Acted For Tourist Injured In A London Bus Crash

Specialist international personal injury lawyers from Irwin Mitchell, who are acting for a Polish tourist whose ear was severed in a sightseeing bus accident in 2015, have called for a quick response to establish the cause of a recent fatal bus crash in Malta, which left three Britons injured.

The BBC reported that six people were taken to Mater Dei hospital following the crash. This included two British boys, aged six and eight, and a 44-year-old British man.

A 62-year-old Belgian man and a 37-year-old Spanish woman died after the bus crashed into a tree on Valletta Road, Zurrieq, at about 17:15 GMT on 9th April.

The others taken to hospital were a 31-year-old German woman, a 72-year-old Italian woman and a 35-year-old man whose nationality has not yet been disclosed.

Regarding the London sightseeing tour bus accident, the team at Irwin Mitchell recently secured an admission of liability, on a 95% basis in favour of the tourist whose ear was severely damaged, from the company that ran the bus tour, Golden Tours Ltd.

The agreement comes after Irwin Mitchell obtained CCTV footage from the bus crash in London that showed the driver, who was new to the company, using both hands to check a map while driving. The footage was taken immediately before and during the collision.
