Another Senior Associate Hire For The Will, Trust & Estate Disputes Team
Irwin Mitchell Private Wealth has seen its third new appointment in a month as senior associate Stephen Ireland joins the Will, Trust & Estate Disputes team in Chichester.
Having qualified in 1991, Stephen joins Irwin Mitchell Private Wealth from another regional firm having gathered vast experience in litigation, including contentious wills and probate matters, with a wider background in employment, residential and civil disputes. He is also a member of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS).
Stephen joins a top-tier firm as ranked by independent directory The Legal 500, which includes Irwin Mitchell as one of the top four firms in the entire South East region for contentious probate and wills work.
Stephen’s appointment follows the recent announcement of senior associate Nazia Nawaz and associate Kelly Wharin joining the Will, Trust & Estate Disputes team in the Leeds and Sheffield offices respectively, highlighting Irwin Mitchell Private Wealth’s aim to grow across the country to provide clients with a full-service and national practice.
