Site Rescue Moves To New HQ In Leeds
The Real Estate team within the Leeds office of Irwin Mitchell has advised on a deal which sees a leading provider of fire safety and medical equipment relocate into new premises.
Site Rescue are leasing 8,550 sq ft of space for a workshop, warehouse and office space at Princess Works in Holbeck. The deal is part of a move by the business to consolidate its operations into one office.
Established 15 years ago, the company’s clients include Leeds City Council, Nottingham City Council, Jaguar and Redbull. It also provided cover at the Tour de France and The Invictus Games.
David Cowgill, a Real Estate Associate within the firm's Leeds office, advised Site Rescue. He said:
