Law Firm Launch #SaferJourneys Campaign And A-Z To Promote Road Safety

Specialist serious injury lawyers at national law firm Irwin Mitchell are calling for motorists to make safety their priority in the coming months after their statistics show a 25 per cent increase in road traffic collisions when the clocks go back in October.

Following concerns regarding the increase in comparison with the summer months, the firm has launched the new ‘#SaferJourneys’ campaign to remind road users about the importance of being vigilant on the roads as the dark nights draw in.  

The campaign launches with a ‘Stay Bright At Night’ promotion, aimed predominantly at children, to highlight the importance of staying bright in the clothes they wear and the way they think. 

Free luminous wristbands are being given out to partnering schools and an A-Z of road safety has been created to help spread the safety message.

The firm has enlisted the help of children, who have recorded video safety messages and sent in photos which will appear across social media, to help spread the word and raise awareness of the campaign.
