Deidre Healy Recognised By UK Acquired Brain Injury Forum
A specialist serious injury lawyer at Irwin Mitchell is celebrating after being named the joint winner of the UK Acquired Brain Injury Forum’s (UKABIF) Lawyer of the Year prize.
Deirdre Healy, a specialist serious injury lawyer based at the national law firm’s Manchester office, was awarded the prize due to her work with brain injured clients to ensure their rehabilitation needs are met with immediate effect.
UKABIF, an organisation which aims to promote better understanding of acquired brain injury, presented the award at their Annual Conference 2015 on 11 November.
Professor Mike Barnes, UKABIF Chair, said: "UKABIF are delighted to give this award to Deirdre, she is a very experienced lawyer in the field of brain injury and this recognition is well-deserved."
