Irwin Mitchell Ranked In Top Three In 30 Categories
Irwin Mitchell’s Personal Legal Services chief executive, Craig Marshall, has praised the dedication and expertise of the firm’s staff as a record 82 lawyers from the division were recommended in the independent Chambers 2015 UK guide to law.
The firm, which opened two new offices this year in Cambridge and Southampton, is named in the top three in 30 areas of law across the country while MPH Solicitors, acquired by the Irwin Mitchell Group in November 2013 is also recommended for its clinical negligence, personal injury and military claims expertise.
Among the teams ranked number 1 at Irwin Mitchell include the Aviation law team, Court of Protection, Industrial Disease, Clinical Negligence, Product Liability, International Travel and Personal Injury and the Family law team.
Irwin Mitchell was also recommended for Public Law, Civil Liberties, Environment Law, Education, Police Law and Private Client work.
The independent publication, which grades solicitors and barristers across all areas of law in the UK, has ranked and named 82 lawyers as leading individuals from within the firm’s Personal Legal Services team up from 66 last year.
Craig said: “In such a competitive market place it is vital that our commitment, dedication and service to our clients remains the highest priority.
“The results provide an independent endorsement of our specialist teams of lawyers across the UK who are going the extra mile for our clients on a daily basis.
“This year we have had several successful cases in the Supreme Court and we have secured permission to take yet more cases next year too as we continue to fight for our clients’ rights.
“It is also encouraging to see that many of our talented ‘home grown’ lawyers have been recommended for the first time following promotions to associate and partner level, while we have recruited several high profile individuals in the past 12 months to help cement our strong position.”
