Latest Deal Represents Second Time That IM Has Advised Resolution Property

National law firm Irwin Mitchell’s Real Estate team has advised Resolution Property on its acquisition of Colston Tower, Bristol from Development Securities Ltd.

Colston Tower offers just under 89,000 sq. ft. of high quality space, 76% which is office space and 24% retail/leisure, in a prime location in Bristol overlooking Clifton, the city centre and Harbourside. Tenants include Database Group and Fusion People.

The Irwin Mitchell team was led by Real Estate partner Ayesha Hasan, assisted by Paul Mellor and Richard Mansell, working with Real estate partner Lewis Myers and his team.
