Irwin Mitchell’s specialist International Personal Injury team, which has vast experience in representing victims of outbreaks of illness at holiday resorts in the UK and abroad, is now investigating the source of the reported illnesses which include diarrhoea, vomiting and stomach cramps.
Expert lawyers at the firm have heard first-hand from victims of the problems that have been linked to the hotel, which are thought to have affected a large number of people, including around 25 children.
Irwin Mitchell has now commenced its own investigations into the problems on behalf of those who have been in touch and has informed tour operator Thomas Cook of their client’s concerns. Among the problems reported to lawyers were:
• Undercooked food
• New food was on occasions added to old food
• Dirty cutlery and crockery
