Boy Dies Of Injuries Sustained At Hugo Boss Store

Thames Valley Police are appealing for witnesses after a four-year-old boy died on Saturday (June 8th) from injuries sustained earlier in the week when it is thought that a shop fitting at a Hugo Boss store in Oxfordshire fell on him.

Officers are calling on anyone who was in the store at Bicester Outlet shopping village on Pingle Drive on Tuesday night (June 4th) to get in touch with them as they look to gather more information on the incident.

It is thought that part of a shop fitting fell on the boy causing him serious head injuries. He was then taken to the John Radcliffe hospital in Oxford but died at the weekend.

The Health and Safety Executive and the local authority environmental health department have been notified of the incident.
