Latest Hire Continues Firm’s Investment In Building Commercial Team
The Manchester office of national law firm, Irwin Mitchell, has boosted its banking & finance team with the appointment of Solicitor, Laura Mitchell.
Laura, who joined from Brodies in Scotland, has most recently has been on a nine month secondment working within the Renewable Energy and Asset Finance team at the Co-operative Bank in Manchester.
She specialises in providing finance legal advice for banks, investors, and borrowers in corporate banking, leveraged finance, real estate finance and restructuring transactions, and has particular expertise in the areas of renewable energy and infrastructure.
Irwin Mitchell launched its banking & finance team in 2012 with the arrival of asset based lending specialists, Andrew Watson and Jon Bew, who moved from Squire Sanders, and Dean Gormley who joined from Nabarro.
The team in the north of England appointed Hayley Johnson as an Associate earlier this year and also recently added Solicitor Rohan Campbell, to the London office.
