Irwin Mitchell Manchester Boosts Restructuring Team 17.09.2012 The Manchester office of national law firm, Irwin Mitchell, has boosted its business legal services team with the appointment of insolvency solicitor, Nicole Spratling, from George Davies. Specialising in both contentious and non-contentious insolvency work and dealing with both corporate and personal matters, Nicole provides clients, including insolvency practitioners, lenders and companies, with advice on a range of restructuring issues and scenarios including administration applications, liquidations and distressed company sales. In her new role, she will work closely with corporate restructuring and insolvency partner, Chris Jones, whilst also supporting the firm’s national team.
