Irwin Mitchell Boosts Manchester Team With Appointment of Clinical Negligence Lawyer

The Manchester office of leading national law firm Irwin Mitchell has strengthened its personal injury team with the appointment of a clinical negligence lawyer.

33-year-old Kevin Saul joins the team from Walker Smith Way Solicitors where he was employed for eleven years during which time he worked on a number of high profile cases across the country, including some that arose out of the Alder Hey organ retention scandal.

Based at Irwin Mitchell's Quay Street offices, Saul will specialise in fatal accident and clinical negligence cases. Commenting on his appointment he said: "I'm looking forward to new challenges and working with Irwin Mitchell's highly specialised and professional team.

A Newcastle University Law graduate, Wirral born Saul who now lives in Wilmslow, Cheshire, qualified as a solicitor in 2002 after completing the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in Chester.
