Louise Sykes Delighted To Join ACTAPS
Irwin Mitchell Partner Louise Sykes has been appointed to the committee of prestigious national body representing specialist Contentious Trust and Probate lawyers.
The Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS) is a specialist and highly respected organisation for contentious trust and probate lawyers who are qualified and must have at least five years experience of contentious trust and probate work.
ACTAPS provides a forum for lawyers to exchange experience and know-how in this specialist area as well as holding events and developing skills and expertise through education and training.
Louise Sykes, who heads up the leading Will, Trust and Estate Disputes team at Irwin Mitchell, said: “I am delighted to be joining the ACTAPS committee and my appointment will certainly raise the profile of IM’s contentious trust and probate work and services we offer as well as identifying new opportunities and increased learning.
