Plane Crash Between Kunduz And Kabul
A Pamir Airways plane carrying approximately 40 passengers has crashed between Kunduz and Kabul in Afghanistan.
Reports suggest that the plane came down around the Salang Pass, a mountainous area approximately 60 miles from the capital Kabul.
Search teams, assisted by US and NATO forces are now on their way to search for the plane and those on board.
It is believed that passengers on the internal flight may be of a number of different nationalities.
