New Partner To Work Out Of Manchester And Sheffield
Irwin Mitchell has recruited a new Partner to its award winning Corporate team.
Dan Stowers, 36, joins the firm as a partner responsible for Corporate Defence. He will work out of Irwin Mitchell’s Quay Street office in Manchester as well as its head office in Sheffield.
He was previously at Cartwright King Solicitors where he set up and led its regional offering in Sheffield. He is a supervisor on the Legal Services Commission Serious Fraud Panel with 12 years experience in defending individuals and corporate entities being investigated and/or prosecuted in respect of serious and complex fraud matters. Dan also advises in respect of regulatory investigations and prosecutions.
Dan first worked for Irwin Mitchell six months after qualifying as a solicitor in 1997. He stayed for eight years and left as an associate.
Dan said: “Re-joining Irwin Mitchell gives me the opportunity to return to a firm where I spent my formative legal years. Since leaving, Irwin Mitchell has grown rapidly providing our practice area with a number of exciting opportunities to develop the already strong team in challenging economic times.”
