thought they stayed friendly with their ex-partner because their divorce was amicable

wish they had a friendlier relationship with their ex-partner

Almost two thirds

knew that alternative dispute resolution was an option when they got divorced

A quarter

wished they had gone through mediation or arbitration instead of the traditional divorce process

General finances, legal costs, and time taken

were the hardest parts of divorce according to our survey

thought their divorce might have cost less if it had been more amicable
