What is the Irwin Mitchell Probate only service?
Choose our Probate option and we will apply for the Grant of Probate from the Probate Court. We will also complete the Inheritance Tax return for you.
By applying for the grant of probate for you, we can speed up the application process and you will not have to attend an interview at the probate court. You just need to provide us with the details of assets and debts which make up the estate, a copy of the Will (if there is one) and the death certificate. We can then complete the Grant application forms and the relevant Inheritance Tax return.
Once this has been done, you will be sent the Grant of Probate. You will then take on the responsibility of dealing with the estate administration yourself.
