What is the Irwin Mitchell Probate Plus service?
This includes the Probate only service plus key elements of estate administration, with optional assistance available if needed. We will apply for the Grant of Probate and complete the Inheritance Tax returns on your behalf. You can then select a number of additional services, for example:
- Investigating and valuing the Estate to get the figures for Probate
- Collecting the estate funds after Probate has been granted
- Distributing those funds to the beneficiaries and confirming that the correct distributions have been made
- Assisting with the conveyancing aspects of the sale or transfer of property
- Advising on any trusts which may arise under the terms of the Will
- Dealing with the income tax returns to the date of death of the deceased and during the Estate Administration
