- Negotiation of new facilities, ranging from standard working capital facilities to more complex documents such as multi-currency revolving credit agreements. In the last 12 months we have advised on facilities with a value in excess of £100m
- Facility and security documents - these are often very complex, so we clarify matters and advise our clients in plain English as to exactly what the provisions of these documents mean, plus what obligations and liabilities they impose.
