At first contact, was cut off the phone a couple of times. Takes ages to get back to the right person. Two files were created for me due to mix up on first contact. Find some of the agents abrupt and machine like! Some well mannered and well spoken but not all. Sorry wouldn't recommend at this point ... however, hopefully things will pick up from now on. Haven't had any recent problems.

Telephone calls were answered quickly, very friendly, made sure your name was used, asked what the call was about and transferred call to the correct person/department. Was given the best advice, ensured that I understood the information especially since I was not well and it was taking some time for me to understand/digest all the information.

I haven't really had much contact since starting my claim. I have a couple of text messages and letters but that's all. I received information about their online claims tracker which I can't seem to be able to access. I used to work for IM and since leaving there I helped my mum persue a medical negligence claim and am currently a litigation friend for my aunt for a serious injury claim and the sevice receive on both of these occaisions was far better than I seem to be receiving now. Maybe it's because the other claims for my family were more serious matters which is completely understandble however it would have been nice to receive a follow up call from my initial instructions to give me some more information on what would happen next. Luckily I have an understanding of how the claims process works from previous experience working there but for someone who doesn't I would imagine it to be confusing and maybe worrying that there hasn't been any verbal communication. The lady I first spoke to to give initial details was lovely and very helpful.
