I've had a terrible experience with this firm. The solicitor, her manager and the "client" department were all useless or preferred to cover their mistakes.

I want to try and write something constructive, so here it goes. If you have to use this firm, ensure that you have a conversation with the solicitor before starting anything (not the paralegal, which they will try and palm you off with) and gauge if they are right for you. If not, ask to be represented by someone else.

I'm not going to bore people with a lengthy review as I have wasted enough time on this outfit. IM is a very large solicitor firm. As with any large firm you get good and bad people. I am afraid I was lumbered with a solicitor who was the latter-she really was not very good at all.

Very disappointing service, was first spoken to by a girl who had no idea what she was doing she even rang me back to ask me security questions but then asked me to make up a security question because she couldn't think of one! A week later I rung the company as I had not received anything in the post as promised by the dunce who took the first call but when I called they told me she hadn't put me on the system, finally someone sent me all the paperwork which I sent back. Four days later someone rang me asking me if I wanted to claim for my accident after I'd been through it all twice with your company! It has now been rectified and my paperwork has been accepted and my medical has been arranged but my god the first couple of mistakes have really prolonged this process for me. The first girl who I spoke to her name was Yvonne, you might want to check her calls because she is very bad for business
