If you have a serious injury or illness, we could put you in touch with our Client Liaison team. As clinical specialists, our client liaison managers understand how medical care and rehabilitation can really make a difference to you and your family.
We have client liaison managers across the country. That means we have relationships with local care providers, charities and support groups and we can use these contacts to help with your rehabilitation.
We recognise that early rehabilitation can make a huge difference to your recovery. So our client liaison team will work with you very soon after you instruct us to help with your claim.

What Our Client Liaison Managers Do
Maria Walker is one of our client liaison managers. In this video, she explains how she works alongside our lawyers to help you and your family.
Jane Wright, one of our serious injury specialists, explains our approach to rehab:
“With every case that we work on at Irwin Mitchell, we strive to ensure our clients receive the very best levels of care and rehabilitation to enable them to achieve the highest possible quality of life.
“We are committed to promoting independent living and we will continue to develop practical and positive solutions to help clients overcome the challenges they face.”
While your lawyer investigates your claim, the client liaison team will work out the kind of care and rehabilitation that you need. They’ll also help to guide you through the claims process.
The immediate aftermath of an incident is often the most difficult time as you and your family come to terms with your new circumstances. So we’ll work quickly to assess:
- Your rehab needs
- What support you need with health and social issues
- Any financial help you may need
We can also work with your family and other carers to help them understand the kind of help that you need.
