Our Family Law team is proud to support Kids in the Middle, a charity which aims to help children whose parents are going through, or have gone through a divorce.
As a lead partner of the charity, we’re making sure that the views of children are heard when decisions are being made which concern their welfare.
Kids in the Middle is currently running a project called ‘Voices in the Middle’, offering online support for young people in separating families while providing a place where they can hear the stories of others who’ve been in similar situations.
The project has also been set up to help campaign for changes to family law and mediation services, to ensure that every child’s thoughts are considered in separations.
The charity makes sure that children affected by either a separation or divorce are aware of the help and support which they can access if they need it, from other young people and experts such as counsellors.
