About My Role
I deal with all aspects of Commercial Property but with a particular emphasis on development. I have acted for a number of national developers and house builders but also work for smaller local developers as well.
I am also experienced in advising landowners in their negotiations with developers, ensuring that the landowner’s legal position is protected.
I have a varied client base of companies, charities and other organisations, serving their general commercial property requirements, whether by way of freehold or leasehold sale or purchase.
