About My Role

I advise clients in regulated sectors, particularly charities, public sector bodies, sports industry companies and FSA-authorised firms, on a range of commercial and compliance matters.  These include joint ventures and collaborative working, funding agreements and constitutional arrangements, all of which are affected by new funding regimes and constant regulatory updates.  I also advise on corporate finance matters such as capital raisings and public takeovers.
