About My Role

I am head of the London Office specialist asbestos disease team which acts exclusively for asbestos disease victims throughout London and the South East.  I have particular expertise in representing Mesothelioma patients and their families in obtaining welfare benefits, access to other support services and financial compensation.

Irwin Mitchell provides a 'first-class service to clients', and remains a 'strong force in the field'. It deals with the full spectrum of claims, with a 'committed' national practice. The firm remains dedicated to serious injury work, and is split into specialist teams, with Guy Darlaston leading the 'renowned' asbestos-related disease team.
