About My Role

As Operations Director I have responsibility for the day to day management of the various operational teams across the Firm as well as the Facilities & IT teams.  My role involves setting the operational strategy prior to ensuring the delivery of any agreed changes. This includes IT projects, operational delivery via the Contact Centres, facilities management and generally ensuring the support network is running at optimum levels in order for the Firm to deliver very high levels of Client care.

What Is The Most Rewarding Aspect Of Your Role?

The most rewarding aspect of my role is to see great service being delivered by a team of people who are totally committed to doing the best they can every time they are in contact with a Client. When people need help or advice they want to turn to a company who can be relied upon to deliver and every time I see that happening across our business I know we are heading in the right direction.
