Fergal works across all aspects of employment law and human resources, particularly contentious matters. He has brought and defended many high value and complex employment claims in the Employment Tribunal, Employment Appeal Tribunal and the Courts.
He also advises on non-contentious matters including advising on TUPE, re-organisations, contracts of employment, Directors’ Service Agreements, and employment policies and procedures. Fergal advises businesses on all aspects of Human Resource best practice.
Fergal is the lead relationship partner for a number of the firm’s main employment clients including Federal Express, OCS and CWU.
In addition to being an active member of both the Employment Lawyers Association and the Employment Tribunal Users Group, Fergal sits on the Law Society Committee for Employment Lawyers.
