Emma specialises in advising and defending companies and/or individuals in health & safety, environment agency, trading standards matters and financial crime, fraud and regulatory investigations. She has particular experience of defending heavy weight, complex fraud cases brought by bodies including ;The Serious Fraud Office (SFO),HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) and The Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) and she also specialises in dealing with complex restraint order and confiscation matters at all stages of proceedings.
Emma is a member of Young Fraud Lawyers in the North Association.
