As part of the Corporate team, Emma advises on transactional work including MBO's, MBI's, BIMBO's, asset deals and joint ventures. Focusing on the financial services sector, she also advises financial institutions on debt and equity investment and associated security requirements.
Emma’s deals include acting for AES Seal Plc on the acquisition of a new pump division as well as the establishment of fuel bunkering facility at Heathrow Airport for Mabanaft Limited.
