Danny heads up the Real Estate Litigation team in Sheffield and advises on all types of property litigation disputes including contentious and non-contentious business lease renewals, dilapidations claims, rent and service charge recovery, disputes over easements, disputes over development agreements, applications for consent to assign/sub-let, change use and the eviction of squatters.
Danny specialises in complex commercial disputes and works for a number of clients with large property portfolios, including major retailers, developers and property management companies together with banks, insurers, charities and educational establishments. Danny’s clients include Jones Lang LaSalle, LV=, Henry Boot Developments, HSBC Trust Company UK, Thorntons, Dobbies Garden Centres and River Island.
