Sital Fontenelle

I specialise in all aspects of family law and have a wide range of experience in dealing with complex financial matters in divorce, including: financial relief following a foreign divorce, international jurisdictional cases, advising on pre-nuptial agreements and obtaining freezing injunctions.

I also deal with cohabitation disputes, something in which I have a particular interest.

Over the years, I have acted for clients in difficult cases involving children, including residence and contact disputes, and applications to remove children from the jurisdiction.

I am committed to settling my client's case with a view to minimising the stress involved. I provide constructive and pragmatic advice to achieve their goals and strive to obtain positive results.

I was admitted as a solicitor in September 2003 and am part of the London family law team.
