  • Acting for foreign investors advised by Mercer Real Estate Partners on the disposal of Harman House, Uxbridge for £47m and the acquisitions of Mitre House, 160 Aldersgate Street, London for £63m and Inspired, Bracknell for £11.5m.
  • Advising British Land on the sale of a development site in Poland Street, London for £26m.
  • Acting for Airworld Airlines on an airside lease of a 130,000 sq ft distribution unit at Heathrow Airport.
  • Advising an Investec Bank joint venture on the acquisition of three north London development sites with a view to exercising Permitted Development Rights.
  • Acting for Apollo and M&M Fund Management on their office and industrial portfolio acquired from Lloyds Bank.
  • Advising The London Property Partnership on the pre-letting and development of a retail Mayfair flagship fashion store with four floors of offices above.
