Biography

I joined the Court of Protection team at Irwin Mitchell in October 2016 having been a general Private Client Solicitor since qualification.

My main role at Irwin Mitchell is to look after clients who do not have the requisite mental capacity to manage their property and financial affairs. This will include applying for an Order from the Court of Protection for a Deputy to be appointed, management of their finances and statutory will applications, where applicable. These are wills made with the permission of the Court for those people lacking the requisite testamentary capacity to deal with themselves.
