Nicholas advises on the protection, exploitation and enforcement of all intellectual property rights worldwide. He helps clients develop their IP strategies, focusing on risk and reputation management.

He has experience in both contentious and non-contentious IP work including patent, trade mark and passing off litigation. He has been involved in abusive domain name takedowns as well as drafting and negotiating licence agreements, collaboration agreements and confidentiality agreements. Nicholas has also advised on the development and commercialisation of IP-rich technologies.
