  • Inheritance tax and estate planning
  • Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Preparing Wills (both simple and more complex)
  • Estate administration including preparing inheritance tax accounts and obtaining Grants of Representation
  • Establishing and re-arranging trusts
  • Preparing deeds of variation
  • Elderly and capacity issues.

What is the most rewarding aspect of your role?

The most rewarding aspect of my role is helping people overcome and find innovative solutions to their problems. I am passionate about providing excellent client service and enjoy meeting with new and existing clients to see how I can help. Also, I am fortunate enough to be able to work across two offices and in a diverse range of matters and I enjoy this variety.

What do you do away from the office?

I like keeping fit and enjoy running, yoga, pilates and many other types of cardio and weight training. I am passionate about travelling and visiting new places, particular favourites are America and South East Asia. I am quite adventurous and enjoy skiing, hiking, water sports (especially snorkelling) and rock climbing. I also love cooking, eating out (I am a bit of a foodie!) reading and spending time with family and friends.
