Biography
As a senior solicitor within Irwin Mitchell Scotland LLP’s Personal Injury Department, I deal with complex and high value personal injury claims. I have over 30 years’ experience practicing as a solicitor. I’ve worked on both sides of personal injury cases, making claims on behalf of people who’ve been injured (pursuer claims), as well as defending these types of claims for institutional clients. I have experience with both the Court of Session and the Sheriff Court.
I’ve worked for Irwin Mitchell Scotland and its previous firm for the past 15 years. For the past nine years, I’ve concentrated on Clinical Negligence cases.
I’m currently a Law Society of Scotland Accredited Specialist in Medical Negligence Law (specifically pursuer claims). I also hold Senior Litigator status in The Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.
