Jennifer Walton



Jennifer carries out a mixed contentious and non-contentious employment case load. She focuses primarily on respondent/employer work, but also undertakes some claimant/employee work, such as individual employment tribunal claims, advice on contractual matters, service agreements and strategic exits for senior employees.

She is also experienced in advising on the employment law aspects of corporate and pensions matters.

Recent highlights:

  • Acted on the sale of EMaC Limited to its management team. She advised on the resignation of the directors and the HR due diligence, disclosure process and negotiation of the warranties.
  • Advised a vendor on the sale of his company to a group of wealthy investors. The deal was worth circa £1million.
