Jamie Wilcock

Other Legal Expert

I have worked for Irwin Mitchell since 2004. In 2006 I joined the residential conveyancing department and have been a fee earner within that department ever since. Previous to this I was a member of the real estate department where I spent two years acquiring a commercial background in property purchase and sale.

My role within the residential conveyancing department involves dealing with all aspects of conveyancing including sales, purchases, remortgages, assents, lease extensions, transfers of equity, Court of Protection transactions and right-to-buy purchases. I also act on behalf of various trust companies in the sales, purchases and assents of their client’s property assets.

My area of expertise lies in the more technical aspects of conveyancing such as purchases of newly built properties, leasehold flats, shared ownership purchases and transactions of a higher value or complex title.

Along with my colleagues we aim to provide a thorough conveyancing service with excellent customer service.
