Biography
Dan is a Partner in our Banking and Finance team and splits his time between the Gatwick and London offices.
He has substantial experience advising institutional lenders, property developers, private offices and corporates on finance transactions.
He has particular expertise in real estate finance, acquisition finance, development finance and solvent restructurings. He regularly advises large UK retail lenders, including RBS, HSBC and Santander.

Advising National Westminster Bank plc on acquisition and development financings in a variety of sectors including hotels & leisure, financial institutions, TMT and healthcare
- Coordinating the European elements of the senior financing from Falcon Investment Advisers and Prudential Capital Group of the acquisition of the CTS Group by ARCA, a US-based cash and payment technology firm
- Advising a luxury hotel group on the refinancing of various facilities provided to it by HSBC Bank plc
- Advising a property developer on various development financings, including the £22 million of its redevelopment of an industrial estate.
- Advising an international shipping facilities group on the $145 million syndicated refinancing of its multi-currency facilities.
